The Defiance Roadhouse is a great place!

Located at the double 90 degree turn in Defiance, there is huge, covered patio, nice stage and lots of wide-open spaces and plenty of parking. It is also right on the Katy Trail so you may run into cyclists of all types, hikers and some serious REAL bikes. It is at the gateway to the St. Charles Wine Country, so it's on the way to everywhere or your last stop when you are headed home!
